They know what they are doing. About 17 years ago I kept having a sewer backup and I don’t know how much I spent on various plumbers. Then I had to dig up my own clear house and piping the front yard as the other ones were too lazy to do it. Finally these people got the problem and instead of saying there is kitchen grease, they went and found the problem was the mulberry trees. He gave me an estimate for $1000.00. The bill was a little higher because of some extra work. He had to have a guy come in to repair a wall. The leak was behind the wall. He is a workacholic and is really good.They did a really good job and I would use them again. I would recommend them to anyone. Odis and his team came right on time, switched out the hot water heater (located in the attic!), and, once the water was turned back on, checked the water pressure and and made sure everything was working correctly. He even took time to check my outdoor pipes to make sure they were properly wrapped for the winter. The whole crew was so quiet, courteous, efficient, and non-invasive that I hardly knew they were here. The original time estimate given to do the job was for four hours. They completed everything in two hours, including hauling away the old water heater that was failing and cleaning up. All this, and the price was under the original estimate. I was very impressed with the quality and workmanship of All Complete Plumbing. They were punctual, reliable, and stayed within the time and cost estimates of the job. They improvised a process of blasting a ditch though the back room, closet and bathroom, using the windows to enter and exit, without having to go through the house.
They covered all the walls, floors, and doors with heavy plastic sheets to contain the dust and to reduce the noise. The inspector of the City of Bedford was very satisfied with the completed repairs.
The workers then covered the ditch with concrete to make it ready for new flooring. Everything was cleaned up and all the tools and debris were removed. Mr. Trammell returned after the new floors were in place and reinstalled the commode, including a part that had dried out.
I highly recommend Mr. Trammell and his company for any plumbing and remodeling projects. He is a trustworthy person with a good work ethic. His many years of experience and expertise in his field are a great asset and benefit to his customers.
